OS X Yosemite (v10.10) has been added as a supported OS. OS X Mavericks v10.9 has been added as a supported OS. OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8) has been added as a supported OS. MX340 series, MX350 series, and MX870 series New models have been added to the supported models. The problem that push-scan starts by clicking the button on the machine has been rectified. (Just like in Mac OS 10.5 or before, only MP Navigator EX launches). Some models you see here may not be available in your region. When scanning is executed with the setting of 25dpi/grayscale/Descreen on, the connection with the device is terminated. If using the ICA driver,please do not scan with this settings. Scanning cannot be performed in the other user environment by switching users. Please reconnect the computer with the printer, and scanning can be performed. (USB)Due to a change in the OS specifications, scanning from the product (by using the SCAN button) is not available. When an error occurs while scanning from ImageCapture, the Scan button is grayed out and cannot be pushed. When a printer is used in a network connection, after switching users, as the scanner does not appear on ImageCapture, scanning may not be performed. When performing scanning from ADF at resolution of 600 dpi, scanning for a reflection copy is performed. Perform scanning with a resolution setting other than 600dpi.ĩ.When scanning with a Simple mode of Image Capture, the message that an error has been reported from the scanner may be displayed.
